Cancellation Policy
Transparent, zero-hassle order cancellation procedures.
1. Cancellation Prior to Warehouse Dispatch
You can cancel any order completely free of charge within 12 to 24 hours of placement, before your package has been handed over to our logistics courier partners.
To cancel before dispatch, simply WhatsApp us at +91 9118584663 or email sells@dynamichousekeepingproducts.in with your Order ID. Prepaid payments will be refunded 100% to your original payment source immediately.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch (In Transit)
Once a consignment has been dispatched with an active AWB tracking code:
- The shipment is in custody of the courier and cannot be recalled mid-route.
- You can simply refuse delivery at your doorstep when the courier delivery executive arrives.
- Once the unopened package is received back at our warehouse, our billing desk will issue a full refund within 3 business days.
3. Commercial B2B Bulk Order Cancellation
For customized factory barrel orders (200L drums) or private-label batches manufactured on special request, cancellations are accepted only before raw material blending commences.
