Refund Processing Details
For prepaid orders (Razorpay / UPI), refunds are credited back to the original source account within 3 to 5 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our accounts team will contact you to transfer the full refund directly via UPI or IMPS Bank Transfer.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order free of charge anytime prior to dispatch from our facility. Once the package has been handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is subject to standard transit return handling.
