2. Product Specifications & Chemical Dilution Safety
Our liquids (Floor Cleaners, Toilet Gels, Dishwash Concentrates, Multi-Surface Cleaners) are formulated for professional performance. Customers and facility janitorial staff must adhere strictly to the recommended dilution ratios (e.g., 20ml–50ml per bucket of water) printed on container labels. Do not ingest, keep away from children's reach, and avoid direct eye contact.
3. Pricing, GST Invoices & Payment Methods
All prices listed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We support:
- Direct UPI QR Transfers: Instant 0% fee payments via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM.
- Razorpay Online Gateway: Secure encrypted Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets.

4. Order Dispatch, Transit & Delivery
Orders are packaged in heavy-duty 5-ply cartons with hermetic induction seals and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated doorstep delivery across India ranges from 3–6 business days. Delivery timelines are subject to national courier operational norms and weather conditions.
5. 7-Day Replacement & Refund Guarantee
In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, any product received in a broken, leaked, or defective condition will be replaced 100% free of charge or refunded in full within 7 days of delivery.
