Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return & Replacement Window

At Dynamic Housekeeping Products, we take extreme pride in our chemical formulations and heavy-duty leak-proof packaging. If your order arrives with:

• Physical damage, canister leakage, or broken seal during transit.
• Wrong product or wrong quantity delivered.
• Manufacturing defect in trigger spray or dispenser bottle.

You are entitled to a Free Replacement or 100% Full Refund within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for return/refund:

• The product must be reported within 7 days of package delivery.
• The liquid canister should remain unused with majority contents intact.
• A photo or short video showing the damaged cap or leakage must be shared with our support team.

3. Easy 3-Step Return Process

1. Notify Support: WhatsApp us at +91 9118584663 or email sells@dynamichousekeepingproducts.in with your Order ID and photo of the damaged package.
2. Verification: Our team verifies and approves your claim within 4 business hours.
3. Dispatch / Refund: We immediately dispatch a fresh replacement canister with express delivery, or initiate a full refund.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Once a refund is approved:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Razorpay / Cards): Refund is credited directly to the original bank account / UPI VPA within 5 to 7 working days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund is issued via Instant UPI or Direct Bank IMPS transfer upon customer providing account details.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to warehouse dispatch. Once dispatched with a tracking AWB number, please accept delivery or refuse delivery at your doorstep for automatic refund processing.
