1. Dispatch Timelines
All domestic and commercial orders are processed and dispatched directly from our manufacturing supply warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Uttar Pradesh & Delhi NCR: 2 to 3 Business Days.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3 to 5 Business Days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Towns): 4 to 7 Business Days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on all Combo packages and bulk orders exceeding ₹999.
- Standard Flat Delivery: Nominal fee of ₹49 for single retail bottles below ₹999.
- Commercial Bulk Transport: For full pallet and barrel shipments (100L+), specialized road freight transport is arranged with door delivery.
4. Live Order Tracking
As soon as your shipment is handed over to our courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post), an SMS/WhatsApp notification with your AWB Consignment Number is generated. You can track your package live anytime at our Track My Order page.
5. Industrial Leak-Proof Transit Packaging
All liquid bottles and 5-litre canisters undergo induction cap sealing and are encased inside double-wall heavy corrugated boxes with cushion partitions to ensure zero leakage during transit.
